2. Use License

When you purchase a prompt pack from CodeWave, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your personal or commercial projects. You may:

• Use prompts to build unlimited projects
• Modify and adapt prompts for your needs
• Use the output in commercial projects

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the prompt packs
• Share purchased packs with others
• Claim authorship of the prompts

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. CodeWave reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Creator Guidelines

If you are a creator selling prompt packs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of your packs
• Ensure you have the rights to sell the content
• Not upload malicious, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Provide support for issues with your packs
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through USDT (TRC20) or Binance Pay. Due to the digital nature of our products, sales are final and refunds are not provided except in cases of technical issues preventing download or if a pack is significantly different from its description. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CodeWave, including the platform itself, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Creators retain ownership of their content but grant CodeWave a license to display and distribute it through the platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CodeWave is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Prompt packs are provided by third-party creators, and while we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of any specific prompt.

8. Limitation of Liability

CodeWave and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or any prompt packs.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of CodeWave after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
